makeup 101
my stupid face and neck color is so far off from my shoulders/chest region. i get too dark easily, stupid sun. i tan when i blink but NEVER below my neck (well, except for the arms, etc). any tanning/skin/makeup expert who wants to help me!?!? it’s bad enough i BARELY know how to put on makeup. stupid skin. help, anyone?
